1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the online platform of Vela e Bardhë, with NUIS L26904204B, located at Vlorë, Himarë, Dhërmi, Rruga e Kampit, Lagjja Kampi i Ri, Objekt Nr.10, Albania.
The platform allows users to book rooms, reserve tables, purchase or book tickets for events, purchase selected physical products for pickup, and allows authorized users to manage these services.
By using the platform, making a booking, completing a payment, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the platform.

3. Platform services
The platform may be used for:
Booking rooms or apartments
Reserving tables by available areas
Purchasing or booking event tickets
Purchasing physical products for pickup
Receiving email confirmations
Making online payments, where enabled
Managing bookings, orders, and events by administrators/staff
Available services may change from time to time depending on seasonality, availability, capacity, operational conditions, and decisions made by Vela e Bardhë.
4. Use of the platform
The user agrees to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.
The user must not:
Submit false or inaccurate information
Make fake bookings or orders
Attempt to interfere with the technical operation of the platform
Use the platform for fraud, abuse, or unlawful purposes
Copy, modify, or distribute platform content without permission
Access or attempt to access the admin panel without authorization
Vela e Bardhë reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or cancel any booking, order, or access to the platform in case of abuse, misuse, or breach of these terms.
5. Room bookings
Room bookings are made based on selected dates, number of guests, availability, and prices displayed on the platform.
The user must provide accurate contact details, including first name, last name, email address, and phone number.
A booking is considered valid only after it has been confirmed by the system or by Vela e Bardhë and, where required, after payment has been successfully completed.
6. Check-in and check-out
Standard check-in and check-out times may be displayed on the platform, in the booking confirmation, or communicated by Vela e Bardhë.
In general, bookings are calculated by nights of stay. The check-out date is not considered a paid night unless otherwise stated in the offer or agreement.
If a guest checks out on a specific date, another guest may check in on the same date, according to the check-in and check-out times set by Vela e Bardhë.
Early check-in or late check-out may be subject to availability and additional fees.
7. Room prices
Prices may vary based on:
Season
Dates
Room or apartment type
Number of guests
Minimum stay
Promotional offers
Applicable taxes or fees
The final price is displayed before completing the booking or payment. If there is an obvious technical pricing error, Vela e Bardhë reserves the right to correct the price and contact the customer for confirmation or cancellation.
8. Table reservations
Table reservations are made based on date, time, number of guests, and selected area.
The user selects the preferred area, but not necessarily a specific table. Final table assignment may be made by staff depending on availability and operational organization.
Table reservations may require manual approval by the administration.
If prepayment or deposit is required, the reservation may not be considered confirmed until payment is successfully completed or approved by Vela e Bardhë.
9. Late arrival and no-show for table reservations
The customer must arrive at the reserved time. In case of significant delay, Vela e Bardhë may hold the table only for a limited period.
If the customer does not show up and does not notify in advance, the reservation may be cancelled. Deposits or prepayments may be non-refundable, depending on the applicable policy at the time of booking.
10. Events and tickets
The platform allows users to view, book, or purchase tickets for events organized by Vela e Bardhë or held at its premises.
Each event may have:
Date and time
Limited capacity
Specific price
Participation conditions
Cancellation policy
Description and promotional poster
The ticket or confirmation may be sent as a PDF to the email address provided by the customer.
The customer is responsible for entering the correct email address. Vela e Bardhë is not responsible for non-receipt of the ticket if the customer provides an incorrect email address.
11. Changes or cancellation of events
Vela e Bardhë reserves the right to change the date, time, program, location, or organization of an event for operational, technical, weather, safety, or other reasons beyond its control.
If an event is cancelled by Vela e Bardhë, customers may be contacted regarding a refund, ticket replacement, or another available alternative, depending on the case.
12. Physical products
The platform allows the purchase of selected physical products for pickup.
Products may include:

Availability status
Orders are subject to availability. If a product is no longer in stock after the order is placed, Vela e Bardhë may contact the customer for replacement, cancellation, or refund.
13. Product pickup
Physical products are available for pickup only, unless otherwise stated.
The customer must present the order confirmation and, if requested, identification or verification details.
If the order is not picked up within a reasonable or specified period, it may be cancelled according to internal policies.
14. Payments
Payments may be made through the methods available on the platform, such as:
Online card payment, where enabled
Payment on site
Cash payment for selected products or services, where allowed
Other methods displayed on the platform
Online payments are processed by authorized payment service providers. Vela e Bardhë does not store full bank card details.
A booking, ticket, or order may remain unconfirmed if the payment fails, is cancelled, or is declined.
15. Taxes and fees
Prices may include or exclude taxes, service fees, or other charges, depending on platform configuration and applicable legal requirements.
The final price, including applicable taxes and fees, is displayed before final confirmation of the booking or order.
16. Coupons and discounts
The platform may offer coupons, promotional codes, or discounts.
Coupons may be subject to conditions such as:

Non-combination with other offers
Vela e Bardhë reserves the right to refuse or cancel the use of a coupon in case of abuse, technical error, or unauthorized use.
17. Cancellations and refunds

Specific cancellation conditions may be displayed during the booking process or in the confirmation email.
Refunds, where applicable, may take time to be processed by the payment provider or relevant bank.
Payments for used services, attended events, completed reservations, or picked-up products are generally non-refundable, unless otherwise required by law or by a specific Vela e Bardhë policy.
18. Accuracy of information
Vela e Bardhë aims to keep the information on the platform accurate and up to date, including prices, availability, descriptions, photos, and schedules.
However, technical errors, update delays, or unintentional inaccuracies may occur. Vela e Bardhë reserves the right to correct such errors and, where necessary, contact the customer with alternative solutions.
19. Platform availability
We aim to keep the platform functional and accessible, but we do not guarantee that it will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or delay-free.
The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, technical issues, internet interruptions, hosting issues, or circumstances beyond our control.
20. Admin panel and authorized users
The administrative part of the platform is only for users authorized by Vela e Bardhë.
Administrators and staff are responsible for:
Keeping credentials secure
Using the platform only for work-related purposes
Not sharing access with unauthorized persons
Updating data accurately
Respecting customer privacy
Any activity in the admin panel may be logged for security, audit, and operational management purposes.
21. Intellectual property
All elements of the platform, including design, texts, logos, photos, structure, visual materials, code, content, and the Vela e Bardhë brand, are owned by Vela e Bardhë or used with the relevant rights.
Users are not allowed to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or use platform content without prior authorization.
22. User responsibility
The user is responsible for:
Accuracy of the submitted information
Proper use of the platform
Checking booking or order details before confirmation
Keeping confirmations, tickets, or documents sent by email
Notifying Vela e Bardhë in time in case of changes or cancellations
23. Limitation of liability
Vela e Bardhë is not responsible for damages, losses, or delays caused by:
Incorrect data submitted by the user
Issues with the bank or payment provider
Technical interruptions or internet problems
Non-receipt of email due to an incorrect email address
Customer delay or no-show
Extraordinary circumstances or events beyond reasonable control
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
24. Force majeure
Vela e Bardhë is not responsible for failure or delay caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including bad weather, natural disasters, power outages, major technical problems, legal restrictions, acts of authorities, emergencies, strikes, or similar events.
25. Privacy
The use of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy of Vela e Bardhë, published on the platform.
By using the platform, the user agrees that their data may be processed according to the Privacy Policy.
26. Changes to these terms
Vela e Bardhë may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time.
The updated version will be published on the platform with the relevant effective date. Continued use of the platform after changes are published will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
27. Governing law
These Terms and Conditions are interpreted and applied in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Albania.
Any dispute arising from the use of the platform or from these terms will first be attempted to be resolved amicably. If no amicable solution is reached, the dispute will be referred to the competent authorities according to applicable law.
